Tariff

A tariff is required for international. Interstate was detariffed under order 96-11. However this order has been stayed by the federal court and case will be heard in September 1997. Until that time, interstate tariffs must be filed with specific rates. If your tariff was withdrawn under 96-11 you must refile.

Filing Fees

$745 for 214 petitions and $600 for all other filings. Multiple tariffs can be submitted in one filing. If you have mileage sensitive rates and/or reference another tariff, you must file a special permission petition.
