Filing Required
- Switchless resellers may file for a waiver from Jurisdiction. However, if you telemarket to Ohio customers, you must file as a telemarketer with the Ohio AG. Switched-based resellers must be certified. Reseller is considered switched-based if he has a switch used for any Ohio traffic or if he has a PIC code.
Typical Time
- 30 days if switchless and 60 days if switch-based.
